Specifications for SousVide Supreme Chef model:
A standard clam-shell style vacuum sealer. It is not suited for liquids (zip pouches below are suited for liquids). When sealing, if there is any trace amount of liquid that is drawing up into the sealer, you may hit the "seal" button to force the seal quicker. See instruction video below.
To be used with the regular vacuum sealer.
To be used with the regular vacuum sealer. Can be cut to size and are suited to create large pouches.
Another type of sealer which is a rechargeable, handheld model and it works with the zip pouches with valve. It is a great sealer in that it allows for a bit more control.
